Yes i know i cant keep up,Wednesday 10-14-09 i see Dr.Maggie for my 18 month checkup and i know she is going to be upset with me,I know my protein levels are in the crapper,But i try is all ii can say,still have no desire to put it in,cant handle the taste still! I get alot of protien from foods but i guess not enough! I am down to 137 pounds,My mother is so worried that i am un healthy and i have been wondering too but i guess maggie will tell me different when i see her,I can get my butt in a size 8 jeans whoooo-hooooo- small shirts fit tooo,amazing! will post more after my appt!
