Had my yearly xray - everything looked good & I was down .6 pounds from Dec.  Not bad for getting thru the holidays!!  My vitamin D level was low by 1 point, so the doctor said not a big deal.  Maybe take an extra calcium citrate & should take care of it.  My thyroid medicine was lowered for 1.0 to .88.  All in all, doing well & will now start working a little harder towards doctors goal of losing another 20.4 pounds.  I am excising better, so that should help!!

Had another appointment today.  Since I was having trouble almost daily with food sticking, they removed 1/4 cc of fluid. I am now at 5 1/4 & down 2 pounds.  Since I came home, it is so much easier to get my meals down. Yay!!

I am going to always put down when I have had an appointment.  It had been 3 months since my last one.  When I weighed in, I had gained 3 pounds (now at a total of 76 lost).  What a disappointment, but not a surprise. I have been struggling with being hungry for most of the summer. The PA added 1/2 cc to my band for a total of 5 1/2 & I think that will make a big difference.  I hope it will make a big difference.  :)

Had a 4 month checkup yesterday with Dr Eibes.  I have lost 2 more pounds for a total of 79.  He decided not to add any more fluid to my band, so I am still at 5cc.  Thought I was doing well, but suggested a little more exercise!

I had another appointment today.  I have lost another 6 pounds for a total of 77 pounds.  I had a really good report - blood work & radiology view of the band - and I don't have to go back again for 4 months.  I also did not need any more fluid added to my band. Dr. Eibes seemed very pleased with my progress - I am too!!  I went shopping a little after my appointment & bought my first pair of pants in a size 12 - hard to believe that 11 months ago I was wearing a size 22 pants.  :)

Had another fill today - 1/2 cc for a total of 5 cc.  It helps to record this everytime, so I know where I am at.  I also lost another 8 lbs over the last 2 months for a total of 71.  Yeah!!!!

Went for a fill today & had lost 13 more pounds since June.  Doctor decided I didn't need to add any more & won't need to see him again for another 2 months.  He seemed pleased with my progress.

Had another fill today - 1/2 cc for a total of 4 1/2.  Down another 8 lb for a total of 50.  Getting there!!!

Just had my 3rd fill & am now up to a total of 4cc.  I had lost another 2 pounds for a total of 42.  Can't wait for another 42 to be gone!! 

Went to get my 3rd fill today.  Weighed in & had lost 9 more pounds!  Yay!  Anyway, after talking to the PA, he decided I didn't need any more added at this appointment.  So....I am still at 3 cc for my fill, & down a total of 40 lb.
