I am now in 2010 & have not visited the site in a long time.

sorry I have not posted in so long I am down arouns 80 lbs now it feels great.

Hey there,
This has been a hard month, I am down to 242lbs, it  is great. I am happy for what I have lost so far. I have been fighting this cold all the month of February, I am very tired of this cough and just feeling no energy. Hopefully the month of March will bring better weather.

I am down approximately 42lbs  I don't find that is enough .....and when do I get all the energy i am suppose to get.

Oh well it is that time of year everyone is depressed. I know that I dont feel the BEST, but I am down a good 39lbs and maybe alot more inches. Maybe February will be a better month.

Before I got my clearance to come back to  Canada, they weighed me and since the surgery I lost appr. 8 lbs it is great I feel better every day and that is good . I had a bit of constipation had not gone in 9 days, but  nothing like being back home to take care of that business.... right  lol
Well I prepared a really nice diner candle light by the way for the Hubby and here I am sitting with my protein shake 3 ozs in all like a good girl, and just say I am not hungry for that food. Well looking forward to going to the Pot Luck Ottawa East End Xmas get tigether this weekend, I think  I will bring my Mexican dip they really enjoyed it at the other group the last chat later You all.........

I am now on the losers bench everything went as planned .The surgery went well , they all said in the ER that when I was coming out that i was so cute as all I kept on saying was thank yo thank you thank you. We are all still at the hotel waiting to se Dr Graber tomorrow @ 9:00am sharp so we can go back to CANADA.

                                                            
Hello everyone,
It is drawing near 5 more days to go, and now I have a ANGEL by my side. Thank you to my ANGEL, we had lunch together yesterday, it was great she told me to not worry that everything will be fine and she also said it is 100 times better than I think it might be.

I can't believe a friend found me on OH and said their can't be two Valéda's so she hunted me down & low and behold now I have an ANGEL.
