 well today is thanksgiving day ,, i had thanksgiving dinner with my dad ,and I'm proud of myself .. I didn't eat much at all ,, i guess all the mental training , and things i have learned from my nutritionist and my friends on here are working for me..  I got on my scale this morn , and weighed in at  ( 419 ) , !!   Considering I'm on my 7Th week smoke free after quiting cold turkey , and i have come from 441 to 419 in just over a month, I'm excited !   I  try to walk 1 1/2 miles every other day ,, and the days i don't walk i work out on my bow-flex revolution  , witch is a awesome machine by the way .. 
     Well , my endoscopy was done on Nov 19Th , the date was changed from my earlier post , anyways it was good , no problems and it was a much better experience then the last time i had one ...  So i guess I'm done with everything as far as pre op test go , all i have left is to finish this 6 month nutrition deal and then i will get my surgery date . As of DEC 1st i will have 3 months left , so I'm getting closer. Being the impatient person i am , the wait is really tough for me ...  ,but I'm making the best of it by self preparation , mentally and physically .  When my time comes i will be more then ready !! 

well today , oct 17 2010 makes a week smoke free for ,, i finaly did it ,, i quit cold turkey with no help...
cardiology is still on oct 19th ,, and my endoscophy is nov 9th .... im getting there .

well tomorrow oct 8th starts stage 2 ,, my nutriotion apointment has been changed from oct 14 to oct 8 , it will be my first visit and the start of the 6 month thing . i still have my cardiology apoinment oct 19 , and my endoscophy apointment will be made next week ,,, things are moving right along ,, but it still seems like its taking forever .. thanks to all my friends on here , my confidence, strength , and the will to better my life with this surgery as a tool,, comes from you ... i have no fear .

sept 15 2010 , i got info in the mail ,, i got my first nutrition apointment on oct 14 2010 , they have said my insurance does not cover this part of it ,, but yet they require it ,, i dont get it , but anyway ...its $85 for the class , i hope its not $85 for every class !!   being i got to go every week for 6 months for wiegh in and stuff ...  after that i got a cardiology apointment on oct 19 2010 .. today is the sept16th , and tomorrow is my birthday , i will be 34 ........  ,more post to follow

well i went to the first class setting to learn about bypass and met the Dr's and all  on the 9th of Sept . it was very informative , i learned allot , and i liked the environment .. the people where real nice and made me feel like the really care.... Monday 13Th of Sept i had my phsyc evaluation done ,, found out im not crazy after all !! , that was a pleasant event also .. today in the mail i got papers from cardiology Dr's , i have an appointment Tuesday Oct 19, im not really sure what will be done there , i guess i will find out .. im really impressed at the way things are all of a sudden moving along , even tho i have yet to talk with my nutritionist's and have to go threw some kinda 6 month deal per my insurance co .... more post to follow as i ease threw the all the preop stuff ...
