Still on track...

Weigh-in for June at the office was down another 7 lbs. my scale at home however hates me.. It always tells me I've gained weight. I started going to the gym four days a week as of June 1st. I've noticed my energy has improved and my knees and back haven't been hurting as much since I started working out. I do a good 30 mins on the treadmill and add in some weights, some crunches and a few other things here and there. I've gotten into a grove though and let me tell you it feels really good. If it feels good now I can't wait to see how it's going to feel after my surgery and I've dropped much more weight. Happy June!! Only three more nutrition visits left for this girl!!! Yahoo!!
