Almost 3 years out!

Next month I will be 3 years post-op.  Still know that I made the best decision for me and my family.  I know that my surgeon told me that I would be probable gain 10% of my weight back, but it sure was scary watching the scales go up a little.  I have maintained between 142 and 144 for about 8 months now.  I feel that is still good, however I have days when I feel like I weigh 200 again!  I will post pictures for my 3 year anniversary...stay tuned!
