Hey allits me Pammie , Its been 8 months since my surgery, Im down 100 pounds , I got 11 pounds to go to reach my goal weight , I found bones I never knew I had . I feel so much better , and I can do so much more activities , Really enjoying all 6 of my grandbabies . Good luck to all of you , and keep that head held  up high
