No whinning today..

Nope, I am not gonna whine today. I am up a few pounds, but hey, thats the way things are! Busy here and there mostly.... Tomorrow my son is having stomach surgery because he has been throwing up all the food he eats and is losing too much weight. I'll be staying in his room watching over things until he comes home, one or two days. We have had a busy summer, and went on a great trip. Unfortunately, we seemed to be on an eating vacation too. That's where those few pounds creeped their way back into the scale. I am trying to do some excercise whenever I can. Here in Scottsdale and Phoenix it is HOT. It kind of saps away at your determination to stay motivated. Hopefully the surgery will go fine for my son and this next week I can sneak in some excercise time on the treadmill. Just thought I would pop in a blog a little. Hope everyone is fine...
