-24 Pounds Today

Today I'm 1 pound shy of my v-day goal...a few days late, but I had my first weight stall---for like a week! I really thought I was gonna make 180 by Valentines, but I made it to 183....which is close, but -25 lbs would have been a nice gift to myself. So yesterday I got on the scale and was 182 after a week of being 183 and this morning I'm at 181!! The weight loss is back on!! 24 lbs lost is still awesome and this is all still in my first month post-op! My BMI was 34.5 and is now 32.1!!!  I'm hoping to hit -25 by my 1 month out date now...I have 3 days....I think I can lose 1 lb in 3 days...it should be do-able...right?!? Today I'm gonna make some shrimp with broccoli and asparagus...YUM! and it's very light...so this will help with the goal....
