It's been 10 weeks and I am down from 260 to 232, almost 30 pounds! I could lose faster if I didn't cheat so much and drank more water and exercised more however. Rushed eating and not enough time are taking their toll in the carbohydrate dept. I eat way too many carbs. My "tool" works tho...I can only eat up to half a cup and that is it. If I eat a hot dog or something not onthe diet, I can only put down a small amount of it...no more big fattening meals. Luckily I don't crave the things I used to crave that got me into so much trouble!
