WooHoo, found an awesome omlet

So, I went to Denny's this morning..I was worried about what I would be able to order - They have a great omlet--egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, cheese, tomatos - comes with a small dish of mixed fruit. -20g Protein!!

Only ate half!!  Will save the rest for later - YAY!


Now, if I could only get my day going better - What a really bad day.  Up at 3:15 am, Left the house at 5:15, arrived at work at 6:50 - don't clock in until 8!

Wow...
