Hello, My name is Patricia all of my friends just call me Tish. I am 32 yrs old and I have 3 children a set of twins that survived a quad birth they are 6 and I adopted an older child 3 years ago she is 9. I am very happily married to my high school sweet heart he is my true HERO we have been together since oct 1989. I then at my heaviest was 155 and before my surgery in december my highest was 347. On Dec 18, I had the RGB because I hated the me I had become I avoided all mirrors and I just let myself go and I wanted the old me back I was lost somewere in the bigger woman that I had become I was fighting within myself tired of being sick and tired I turned to dr chlysta and he was able to do my surgery although insurance wouldnt pay and I paid cash I am able to do more with the kids now. I am able to play basketball and other fun activities that I couldnt do before. I recently took them to walt disney world and I was able to enjoy myself and walk the parks and not worry about health or humility factors. The time of my life event....
It has been six months and a few weeks since my surgery and today (7/4) I weighed in at 197. I am proud of myself and I know I still have a long way to go but I will continue to work hard and living a wonderful life not only for my family but for ME! I have survived Cancer when they only gave me no hope, then I had my children when they said I would never after the cancer, then I adopted another child who needed love my family had to offer. Then I had the RGB when everyone said I would fail. I had faith and hope in all of these stepping stones in my life with a great partner who always held my hand and beleived in me and together we are now on this journey and slowly I am overcoming Obesity. Not overnight but overtime.
