BPD/DS scheduled for 12/8/10 with Dr.M.Inman. I have been attending DS support group each month - these are extremely informative and supportive. I had my cardiac evaluation this week - it was a breeze.....asked questions, had a EKG, the cardiologist did her exam and I had a nice talk with her.  She gave her cardiac clearance and did not recommend any type of stress test. My nutrition/pre-op class is this Thursday..............Any suggestions on anything I might be missing?

I am scheduled to have the BPD/DS lap in December. I am excited yet apprehensive about the surgery and about the changes in my body functions afterward.
