Hello my friends,


I finally reached my goal. I am 143 pounds (my ideal weight) in a size 6.
I am loving and enjoying it.  

Hell to all of my friends! I am so glad to finally have some friends that have been through what I have been through these past months. It has been rough and it has been hard but  "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". I am now at 198, finally under the 200 mark. To God be the Glory!  I know that it is going to be even harder but I know I can do this. You all give me so much inspiration especially TIKI. I want to ENCOURAGE every one of  you to keep on keeping on because in the long run it is all worth the tears, the pain, and the sickness. Love ya all and continue to be blessed!

Hello everyone!!! My surgery (gastric bypass) was on December 8,2008., I was 250lbs., my highest weight has been 287lbs. I also have been struggling with obesity for quite sometime now. I have lost 35lbs as of today, I feel great and loving every minute. I was in a size 18w now I'm in a ?, LOL
