Two more days

I'm really having second thoughts about this.  Up all night again.  So for the rest of my life dumping could be an issue?  I could get ulcers at the bypass site?  I could die in surgery?  I could need multiple surgeries later if things don't go well?Weigh that against diabetes and high blood pressure.  But if I lose weight on my own, will diabetes and blood pressure clear up anyway?  My pre-op testing showed A1C of 6.8.  That's pretty good.  I've wondered for some time if the meds actually make things worse.  I go low on Metformin.  Then spike.  Or maybe spike then go low?  I've honestly never monitored close enough.  I haven't tried dieting in a long time either.  REALLY tried.  Looking for a sign... wish my mom was still here to give me advice :'(
