I am back

Well, I have been off-line here for quite a while....AND I have gained weight !!  SUCKS !!!  I have been focusing on my special-needs daughter and not on myself and well, I GAINED !!  My hypoglycemia is all outta whack and my family doc beat my butt....I am back to protein supplements and making sure I take my vitamins like I am supposed to.  I started tracking my food intake and excersize on TUE.....hopefully, I can get back down to where I am supposed to be !!!  Moral of the story....STICK TO IT !!!
