Well today, I reach my mini goal that i had set for myself.  I wanted to be less than 300 lbs by October 31st....Well people I did it today...I was totally surprised.  Take a look at my pic I love it.  I love my RNY too!

I still don't believe it, heck was for sure what was going on last week because I think I stalled.
