Hooray for minced food lol!!!!

Well I'm 3 weeks post-op as of Monday and as of this morning I weighed in at CW 182.3 lbs HW 236 SW 202 woohoo !!!  I'm loving the change in food texture allowed minced now, body is rebelling slightly but learning quickly what to avoid. Yesterday I got distracted while eating and ended up eating to quickly got the foamies, nausea and vomited, another lesson learned the hard way but lesson learned focus while eating or suffer the unpleasant consequences. It never happened while I was on full fluids or pureed but now that I have started minced eating slowly seems more important than before. My pouch really likes Tuna with fat free mayo, greek yogurt and low fat cheese strings right now :-) still struggling to get in more then 60grams of protein couldn't do it without my protein drinks that is for sure but continuing to try really hard. I'm getting in at least 500ml-750ml of water over and above protein shakes. I have my 1 month follow up next Tuesday I feel like I'm doing a good job I hope they agree. Next step now that I'm not so tired all the time regular walking daily. Thanks to all for the support and encouragement and to all those with surgery dates this good-luck :-)
