Making My Tool Work For Me ...
Jan 24, 2011
So, I have been thinking alot lately about I am not satisfied with the progress that I have made. I have basically been at the same weight for 1 year - within a few pounds ... but I am hanging around 182. I feel like I went thru a lot after my surgery and I don't want to still be stuck overweight. So, I am trying to refocus and do what I need to do. I am going to start small because these have been big issues for me ... especailly the drinking part. BUT I am worth it and making my tool work for me is worth it.I am working on the following:
Not drinking 1/2 hour before or 1/2 hour after my meals
Drinking 8 glasses of water each day
Thinking about what I am putting in my tool - and keeping a food log
Starting to exercise 3 times a week
