Hi Patricia, Your date is getting close. Best wishes for a successful surgery. I am self-pay as well, but I figure what's the price of a new car vs. a new life. I did my research, found a physician I trust at a price I could afford and went with it. I am now nearly 2 weeks post-op and doing wonderful. Good luck! Lori Ann
