I am getting closer!

Most of you know that it has been a while sense I was here. I got way off
track and I gained back 10 lbs. It is no ones fault but my own. With my last adjustment, I have felt my first restriction sense surgery. I find that I
now have to follow my diet very close. I know what to do in my head, but I
have not been doing it. I am now back on track. Please keep me in your prayers
and thoughts.
