Gallbladder? - Anyone have their gallbladder removed before lapband surergy? How much time off work? I do heavy liftingting with no light duties so they say 6 weeks....anyone else?

bridges gastric band with 80/20? - My insurance covers 80/20 for the surgery. I'm getting a gastric band. How much did you pay with your 80/20 coverage? Thanks:)
