6 month Surgiversary (June 7th, 2011) (pics)

My 6 month surgiversary has come and gone! I celebrated several milestones. Well for starters I had already entered Onderland when I reached 196lbs! (April 23, 2011 to be exact) Yay me! Right on my surgiversary I hit the 100lbs lost milsestone, weighing in at 183lbs! I don't know what they call that around here but I am just excited about having a weight loss of 100lbs! I can also fit in the desks at my daughter's middle school. I never could before! At meetings I would have to sit in a regular chair while the other parents were sitting in the desks. Not anymore, I slid right in!!! Woo-hoo!!! I bought 2 cute bathing suits, that were not plus size! Wait a sec, that's right, I'm not wearing any plus sizes anymore...another goal!

Summer has been a blast so far!  I am so comfortable in my own skin and just enjoying every single day of Summer Break with the ones who love me the most, my gorgeous hubby and my beautiful children! My children keep saying, "Mommy you are getting so skinnny!" I am far from skinny but it is such music to my ears, hearing that from them. My 15yo son is constantly finding old photos and looking at them in such awe of how I used to look. He tells me that he doesn't even remember me that big and  that the only way he can remember me is the way that I am right now. He is such a sweetheart. My 13 soon to be 14yo has been helping out with my outfits which has been so much fun. We even have matching tshirts which is something I only dreamed about but now it is a reality! I love the support I receive from my family. It's priceless!

Total weight loss: 100lbs

No longer wearing plus size clothing!!!! 
Tops: M, L and some XL
Bottoms: 16s and a few 14s
Dresses:14 or L/XL



I was really sick when I took these pics but I just felt like snapping a pic! I was out shopping with my 13yo daughter. Approximately 90lbs gone.
