An Angel is Watching Over Me...

My journey and transformation continue to be nothing but jubilent! I am down to 179lbs and I could not be more satisfied! I can fit into to size 14 dresses, skirts, some pants and some shorts! Extra large tops are swimming on me! Most of my tops are large and a few medium. I continue to power walk and exercise when time permits. There hasn't been too much too for much besides having fun! Even though I have been busy going on outtings with the family, I think with all the moving around we've been doing somehow it's equal to my power walks and exercising...lol!

Father's Day was bittersweet for my family and me. It was a beautiful day for the fathers in my family but we also found out that my dear Uncle Basil had passed away that morning. My mother took it very hard as they were closer than close. My uncle had been suffering for quite some time and we were not aware of just how ill he was and for how long. He was a wonderful uncle and I have many fond memories of the times we spent together. I will miss him greatly but I know he is among the angels and free of pain, suffering no more. I had been waitng to send him a pic of the new me but I never got the chance to do it. However, I know he's looking down from heaven at his "Lee-Lee", as he so endearingly called me, with nothing but pride. My sweet angel, Uncle Bay, is watching over me...
