Busy Week Ahead!

Well this is the start of a very busy week for me. Let's start with next weekend. I am suppose to go on a 3 day retreat to Snowshoe, WV. After looking all over for some ski bibs or pants for me to wear I have come to realize that Fat people don't ski!! A really really humiliating moment came when I went to a local store that I heard rented them. I tried on the largest pair they carried which was a man's 4XL, and to my humiliation I could not get them on. As if that was not enough for me, I had a friend tell me that they were looking so forward to me getting out there and complaining the whole time because I would not be able to do the activities very well.
I mean I know she is probably right, but still hurts knowing my weight and inability to do some things, is giving pleasure to someone else.
Which is really really sad. In the end, my husband and his awesome support, searched the web and found me some pants to wear, so please be praying for me that I can make it ok. Will keep you updated on that.Moving on to the exciting part. I have my Psychology appointment on Tuesday, Jan. 27 (yeah, only have to do 1 day) , and then off to my consult with the surgeon on Wednesday. I really hope that there is not much left to do in order for them to submit my insurance. So I am praying that I will have a surgery date real soon, and get this then moving faster.
