Thanks for the kind thought everyone - my surgery date has been moved a day out to Thursday 11/13 but I'm off to San Francisco (I live in the Philadelphia area) tomorrow Monday morning. I lived in SF for 18 years up to about 2 years ago so it will be like going home!
