4 months post op update!!

hellllo hello everyone!!!!i am here giving my 4 month update!! i first wanna say that i did stall for about 2- almost 3 weeks but im pretty sure its my fault.. i upped my protein and increased my water intake and the weight is dropping again!! yayayaya!! anyway!! so here are the numbers!!

CW-303
SO YEH THIS MAKES MY WEIGHT LOSS A TOTAL OF 104 POUNDS!!!! *does the cabbage patch* hehehe.. i am so happy with my results so far and i just want everyone on here to know that i appreciate the support i have gotten!!!!! i wish you all luck on journey aswell!!!!! no matter how down we get from time to time i want us all to remember that we just gotta keep our heads up and keep on trying!!!
