A damn good looking middle aged broad

Dec 16, 2009

I am about 3 years post-op. All is well physically I lost about 100 pounds, I was what they considered a light weight.. I have had some hard times adjusting to the post D/S diet and lifestyle but finally figured out that staying on the post D/S program is easier then dealing with the consequences of veering off the program. I have also experience a number of cross addition problems. I have found that continuous therapy has helped tremendously to identify the triggers that set me up for counter productive behavior. I am profoundly grateful for having this surgery, it saved my life. Now I have a chance at a normal life span, an active social life with energy and vitality, not to mention that I look damn good for a 54 year old broad.
