Needing the Support of My OH family

Hello,

I know that I have not posted this month.  I Just returned to work today.  My father passed away 2wks ago yesterday.  I am trying to take that one day at a time.  I know my mom needs me to be strong.  I have not been eating as I should. Basically what that means is.  I have not had an appetite.  I need to eat and I am trying to get back on track with food and liquids.  I have just been trying to get through the day.  I have faith that I will.  God is good.  He will see us through.  Thanks family for letting me vent.  I am back.  I weighed in this morning and I weighed in at 225.  I am getting where I need to be.  Please keep me in your prayers.
