Cant get the last 30 moving! I have good and bad days! On those bad days I sit in front of the computer and just scroll though pics to  see the actual difference-- then I am happy at how far I have come-- but still struggle with getting the scale moving again!

I did get to see Ann and Janelle recently-- so talking to both of my sleeve sisters was helpful-- just to discuss how we cope and how we do our normals days--- and that always give us all I think a push to get where we are going or to getting back on track! 

I Love all the changes I have made and the people in my life-- so now off to finish what I started!! :)
