I had my surgery on Nov 17  I'm sorry it took me so long to post an update, my surgery went well and my doctor and the hospital staff was great, right now I'm just trying to get back to normal (whatever that is) I'm tired all the time but my doctor says I'm doin great, my next appt. with him is on Dec.17  so wish me luck.

Hi everybody I have 3 days left until my surgery (RNY) and yes I am scared but I'm putting it in God hands and I know he will see me through, If anyone would like to get an update on how I'm doing u can contact my cousin who's also my angel Pwoods42 you can find her on my friends list. On Sept. 3, 2009  I was informed by my Nut. that my surgery is approved, the only problem I'm having is that Kasier won't pay for the Sleeve only the Rny, so now I'm kind of scared I have alot to think about, but I'm not turning back now I will put everything in God hands. My appt. to see the doctor is schedule for Sept. 14. Please keep me in your prayers .

Hi everybody, I had my last class with the nutritionist on Aug. 21 so now I'm just waiting for my approval  from Kaiser. Please pray for me I'm just so ready to have my sugery and move on 2 the next chapter of my life.

I HAD MY 2ND APPT. WITH THE NUTRITIONIST AT THE KENSINGTON MD. LOCATION AND LET ME JUST SAY I LOVE HER SHE IS THE BEST, IF YOU EVER HAVE TO  ATTEND THE KAISER WLS PROGRAM PLEASE PICK (EYNON, THATS HER LAST NAME) FOR YOUR NUTRITIONIST.

I'm a 40yr old mother of a 18yr old son the love of my lifethis is his last year in school and it's time for me to started living my life for me. My life has been wonderful, and i Thank God for all my blessings but i want to be healthy and i'm starting now. I have kaiser insurance (need i say more), but i'm going to hang in there, I started my journey with kaiser on feb 25,2009, it's a 6 month program so please everybody wish me luck
