Need motivation - Trying to lose about five ponds , nothing happening, hate water drink only coffee and crystal light.  Had back surgery in January, just now getting back into walking... Not enjoyin...

Weight is the same - I can't seem to lose anything... I think my body is happy the way it is. I'm happy for the most part  I wish I didn't have all the excess fat though. Still working third shif...
