I have always checked back on your profile from time to time to see if anything has changed and Im glad that I came here today~cause hun, youve got some GREAT NEWS!!! Are you going through the Wylie Texas (BTC)? Who is your surgeon? Omg this is wonderful....awesome!! Hey, come to AMOS and look at the top, where it says the states and LOCAL...click on Texas and go to the message board..come read and have fun, you will get the best support there is, right there! AND, you can always email me and we can go out to lunch (no kids even!!)....omg Im so excited for you!! Huggs you tight! Traci

LOOKING THROUGH THE TEXAS DIRECTORY I NOTICED AT LEAST 35 MEMBERS FROM BRYAN OR COLLEGE STATION. I NOW LIVE HERE AND AM 2 1/2 YRS POST OP AND WONDERED IF THERE IS A SUPPORT GROUP HERE FOR POST OR PRE-OP'S? Hi Pam, I havent heard from you in awhile, so I thought Id drop you a line in here. Ive read up on your journey to having this surgery done and your doing good...keep up your mental strength, nothing is easy on this journey...but keep your strength hun...it was good to finally meet you and listen to your story...I wish you the best...happy holidays

Hi Pam!! Congrats on getting the info that you asked for!! Thats super! Im about to update my profile with my insurance battle~not good *pouts*...Im really down about it. Pamela, good luck to you and I hope that your insurance works well with you. Im in Bryan also and kinda in the same boat in waiting for the insurance phase of it all. Email me and maybe we can meet for lunch some time...either way, good luck to you and your friend..Im sure things will go just fine for ya! Scott/White is very good to their patients I think .
