I am continuing my journey to a slim and healthy me . I am now just 5 weeks away from my revision from vbg to a full RNY . Dr Klein at Humber General here in Toronto is my cabable surgeon . I am a jumble of emotions right now ..scared ..excited ..hopefull..nervous ..they change moment to moment .
My weight today is 260 ..I have gained almost 8 pounds over the Xmas period . I hate my life at this weight . I can hardly walk ..my legs ache after just a few metres ..and my knees are soo sore . I take celebrex , water pills , antidepressant ( welbutrin ) and lipitor for my elevated cholesterol levels .
My lowest weight after my Vertical banded gastroplasty in 2004 was 220 .
I am hoping to be able to reach my goal weight of 150 with this revision .
