Am down more inches ..4 and half months out now .

Down another 8 inches this month ..and 54 gone pounds now ..still slow but sure !I still have great days and some naughty days ..my hunger varies..but generally all is good . I am sticking to the plan as far as is humanly possible .
We sold our Condo ..it all went through so fast ..4 good offers within 48 hours and a bidding war . I am thrilled with what we got and how fast it happened . The closing date is 28th August..so we will be living at our home in the Kawarthas full time then .
generally I am very happy with that ..its a lovely area and we have a beautiful bungalow with land out in the country there .We celebrated with a week there ..during which we went boat shopping and actually purchased a new travel trailor ..traded in our old one for a bigger better 2009 version .
All very exciting ...I am enjoying having my husband retired for sure !
I am planning to join the Belville support group once we move ..am sure they are a great bunch . I will miss my friends here in TO and York region but hey I can always drive up for a visit to see every one .
Actually heading up to the York region support group monthly meeting this afternoon . A lovely hot sunny July Sunday ...life couldnt be better .
