Update its been 11months

Its been so long since my last login I have been doing great eating many new things still staying away from the grease. Im 6 weeks away from my year mark and have only lost 90 pounds my weight fluctuates from 145 to 150 Im assuming because im eating more carbs which will stop today so I can hit  100Lbs lost at my 1 year. Everything is going great I feel I can do anything that comes my way. I will post again at my 1 year mark to tell about my weight keep in mind my goal weight was supposed to be 125 said my surgeon but phsycology told me to keep in mind even if I only get to 140 that will be great so im going to at least reach  my 140 goal suggested by the psych. keep your fingers crossed for me.
