" My first impression with Dr. O'Malley was "Wow he is young, is he qualified". He is also very quiet & reserved. I probably only had a 10 minute conversation total with him through this entire journay. As time went on he came to prove to me he is excellent.
His office staff is very supportive. They have answered my questions regarding insurance, appointments & disability within a prompt timeframe. One day I called 3 times & they were still willing to help.
He has a great aftercare program, with the monthly meeting at the hospital. He hands out numerous phamplets & brocheres to help you understand the surgery. Also different meal plans & new ways of working with food.
His Surgical Competence is rated better over his bedside manner. Remember he is a great surgeon if you are considering wls.
