I haven't seen 198 in a very long time and dam it feels good. so I'm down 54 pounds in 2 months. I'm very confident about my self now I can't believe 54 pounds less would give me all of this confidence I like taking pictures enjoy being out. So I could just imagine what it going to be like when I loose all of my weight which is not much left. I feel with such an urge to go shopping but I know I can't do that yet but hopefully by christmas I'll be able to shop for new clothes.

het I'm so happy to report that I've managed to loose a total of 32 pounds in a month.... I lost the first 7 pounds on my own and I was very happy....... Two days before my surgery I was already 245 and on my surgery day I was 240 and then the weight has been coming off like crazy...... After surgery I managed to loose 20 pounds and I'm excited that the weight has been coming off I hope that it continues that way until I'm done loosing all the weight.....

Thanks for all of your support and lovely messages. I feel like it has been Gladis Appreciation Month... lol.... Thank you, and even if I don't respond to each and every message personally let it be known that I really and truly appreciate each and everone of them....  

I officially made it to the looser side of town...... Everything went well the surgeon was very pleased but he want me to drink more fluids so therefore I'm pushing that......But I feel great other than that I hope to get the staples out soon...... Thanks to everyone that left messages they really help a whole lot......

Hey I'm a little depressed and anxious..... I can't tell you if its normal or not but that's how I feel.... Today in the morning as I was going to my preop I was singing and smilling and very cheerful and then next thing you know I'm actually crying and I had to pace my self and I had to remind my self on why I'm doing this.... After a while I was back to normal.... I got to meet 4 other people that have the same surgery date as me and one person in particular caught my attention (not in a bad way) he is such a funny person that I can honestly tell you that I'm going down with some great people....... Today hasen't been "I Support Gladis Day" I've been with my ups and downs but mosly down but hey this is what I wanted and I'm doing it and that's that....... To everyone posting comments thank you very much for your support and I'll keep you posted........

I've known for a week that I've gotten approved for my surgery..... But it haden't sink in that it was all for real..... But today it finally did..... SURPRISE!!!!!!!! I got a letter from my surgeon's office and they gave instruction on what to do before my surgery...... So my REBIRTH is on 07/05/07 @ 3:30....... I can't believe I'm about to say this but I can't wait to see myself be a BIG looser like everyone else..... I would go through the before and after pictures and all I can do was to dream about how it would be when I would be beautiful again and be without pain and enjoy life again...... But SURPRISE  I'm here a couple of weeks before surgery!!!!!!!!

I've visited a couple of other pages and realized that life and insurance companies are not always fair...... But with a little confidence and hope and lots of prayers "YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE".... I 've met a couple of nice people here at OH and realized that you can have friends and lots of support from people that you don't even know instead of your family..... But I'm glad to know that I can count on my friends here at OH if I ever need anything...... and just remember that "DREAMS DO COME TRUE".

I was very happy because I only had 7 more days to go, but now I have 14 days more I hate WAITING!!!!! And you know what I'm waiting isn't that ironic.
If I waited 3 months I could wait another 2 weeks...... On the other hand I could start getting all of my stuff ready for the hospital...... and yes wait a little longer.....
