UPDATE from a Loser -  I had my sleeve on Aug 9th... Got home today, which felt so stinking good!  Since starting my Boost prep on July 26th I am down 25lbs.

Boost it up - Well day 2 of the boost was better then the first day.........anyone have suggestions of how to make it more appealing. I used sunnies advice and blended it with ice it was better.
