Back on track I guess.

Well, it has been awhile since I was so motivated to get this weight loss thing done.  
After initially losing 150.00 things sort of slowed down.

January, which this is crazy, I gained about 10-12 lbs from working out!   
So I am only attributing all that to muscle gain, because now mid way through February I have lost 14lbs.

I really want to end this journey or atleast get to "My Goal" this year.    60 some more to go.

  • Pre-op weight was: 464 (Dr. Blackstones Office, 1 week before operation)
  • Post-op weight : 471 (Hospital recovery Room, 1st weigh in)
  • Current Weight : 278

  • Total weight lost so far : -226 pounds!!!!
  • My Goal is : 220lbs (58 to go!)

  • BMI has dropped from 63.9 to 37.7 (-26.2)(Severely Obese)
