Well, I am three weeks out from WLS and I am almost down to 200! I am doing pretty well I think. I am trying hard to get in all my water and am really having to plan my meals to get in my 60 g of protein per day. I do feel better when I do these two things.When I think about all the work I put in before to even lose 1 lb. I am amazed that it is coming off so quickly. I know it will probably slow as I get farther out but I will start more exercise in about a week and that should help. Hopefully it will be a little cooler as we head into fall so walking with the puppies won't be so hot and make me feel so bad. I am starting to regain some of my stamina and might actually get something accomplished aroung the house today if I can get off the computer.
Here we go!
