Progress so far & Troubles w/ Snow

So, Its Febrary 16, 2010 & I am becoming a bit frustrated with this weather. It seems like when I schedule a doctors appointment, I am scheduling it to snow. I have had to reschedule five doctors appontments so far.  I scheduled 3 appointments for presidents day because I was off, well the news called for 3-5 inches and icy roads. So I relunctantly rescheduled them. No sooner than I hang up the phone it quites snowing the sun comes out and the roads where fine. AAAAAHHHHHH!


So enough with that, what can I do. It is what it is, que sera sera.


I thought I would Post my Progress so far with all that I have been through and money I have spent out of pocket.

So Here it is:

11/20/09: Attended Information Session
12/15/09: Got Doctors Refferal - Thyroid dose had to be uped to .200 mg
12/23/09: Attended Orientation Class
12/23/09: Paid $50 Registration Fee
12/30/09: Consult with Physician Assistant assesed I was a good Candidate for surgery.
12/30/09: Paid 200 of the 450 total due to the program. I currently owe 200 Bucks at my next Doc appt. on 2/22/09
01/18/10: Stress Echo at 9:00 am Diagnosed with Patent Ductus Aetriosis (PDA)
01/20/10: Met with Dietician at 1:00pm
01/23/10: Sleep Study
02/09/10: Education Class #2 Basic Nutrition
02/12/09: Diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Another sleep study is scheduled to fit a CPAP machine 

Scheduled appointments for:
02/22/10: Education Class #3 Post Op Diet
02/22/10: Doc appt # 2 at 11:30 after class pay remaining $200


Need to complete the following to see surgeon:
* Weigh 257.8 - currenlty 271.8
* 2 more Doc appoinments
* 2 Education class
* Meet with Account Rep.
* Pre surgical testing: Lab work, Chest x-ray, Barium Swallow or EGD
