Yesterday I went back to the doctor and I had lost 2lbs blah. I have to get down to 257.8 I am 273 right now. So I am really going to get with the program. I meet with the doctor again on March 11 along with my final class.  I will then meet with her one more time after that in order to be referred to the surgeon. They will not refer me unless I lose the weight. So i have to get really serious about this now. I have been pretending like it is somethig that will never come but it's almost here. 

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a couple weeks ago. Waiting for my Cpap machine.

On a good note, I don't have to pay 600 dollars for my Psych eval. I only have to pay 40 whooo a whopping 560 difference.

March 02 psych eval
march 29 eye appt.
waiting for my cpap

Not much time to really blog dinner is cooking. gotta serve the family.
