Ok guys I'm going to make this one short and sweet b/c I'm out of town but I wanted to give you all an update about my progress.Yesterday I had my first fill appt. and the first thing I found out was that I had my numbers completely wrong. Before my pre-op diet I weighed 287lbs and on my day of surgery I weighed 273lbs (wow...a 14lb weight loss from being on my pre-op diet). I actually thought for some reason that I weighed 280 on the day of surgery but that was sooooo incorrect. Thank God I asked them what I weighed the day of my surgery so I could know exactly how much weight I've lost since having the surgery. Well guys, as of now I currently weigh 263lbs. That means that I have lost 10lbs since surgery and I'm soooo excited. All together I've lost a total of 24lbs and I can't believe it!!! My clothes are beginning to sag and I couldn't be even more happier about it, lol. Anyhow guys....those are my "numbers" and I look forward to updating you all in the future on my progress.
Oh I almost forgot.....I got a fill too. My surgeon filled my 10cc band with 2.8cc's after my surgery and yesterday they added 1cc......so I currently have 3.8cc's in my band and I'm waiting to see how my body reacts to it. Also....the fill process is sooooo freaky. I felt weird, I've never had a shot/needle in my stomach and it felt very strange. It didn't hurt but it just felt surreal and my body had to get over the initial shock of being stuck in the stomach, lol.
