Taking it easy had a bit of an upset tummy all day and night yesterday so I am doing liquids today and baby my band.Guess it was  a little bug but I still feel kind of tender so i am takng it real easy.  I am also gonna up my liquids today as well. WEll I am down (and up and down) the same 3 lbs since my fill but I think it is a fluid thing. I will be glad to see them go for good!!!! LOL I am such a water magnet.Hahaha :D  It is really hot and humid here and I am bad to retain water then the weather is like that.
