After 5 years 8 months from my WLS, I had to have a revision March 5, 2012 to repair my Stoma that was 4 times the size it should have been.  My weight at the time of the revision was 183 from my goal weight of 135.  Almost 50 pound weight gain after maintaining for 5 years.
