Anthony, Have the Greatest Ever next month on the 10th!! It'll be here before you know it. It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Hey, man. Keep fighting the good fight. I went into the program at 497#, just a few # shy from where you were so I know you can do it. I didn't have to lose no 100# but I it is achievable. Don't doubt that. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Z
