One Year Report

One year out, had my dr. appointment.

I can't tell you how amazed I am -  I'm down 105 pounds, my weight is 155, my BMI is 24,
no problems with anything except one time when I ate tough roast beast.

It's hard to believe that I'm in a size 10, and probably a size 8.
