Surgery is in 3 more days... wow, it has happen so fast.

It seems like this journey has went really fast.  I went to the seminar back in Feb.  My surgery is the 12th.  3 more days.  I have lost 45 pounds since March.  I have never been more determined and dedicated to getting my body in a healthy form than I have been this year.  I keep telling everyone my 50's will be my best decade ever.  I will be 48 this summer.  The nerves have certainly set in, I cry at times and been a bit irritable, I have had a few moments of "what the heck am I about to do".  I believe that is all normal and I'm going to be on the loser bench in just a few days.  This site has helped me so much and I have made a couple of really sweet friends from here.  I love reading all the good and bads and the before and after pictures are so encouraging.  I plan on posting my experience for other newbies to read.  I know it truly has helped me.  Thank you OH family and I know I will need you even more the next days and later.
