"My first impression is that he was professional and somewhat soft spoken. The staff was very helpful and kind. I will update after my 2nd appointment tomorrow. 10/29/03 I have been going to a support group that is not necessarily sponsored by the doctor however it has several of his patients. I feel confident that I will do ok because of my research into the procedure. "
